The quiet authoritative ...

the crap that pops through the letterbox. The latest recycling booklet among the seasonal influx of  bits of paper I now so detest.  The quick scan seeing this item from the local council. The advising of what and what cannot be recycled. On opening it the frustrating layout in design of the info lost among the adverts ...

It confirms those running the local council are not brilliant planners. This following the now less fluent website to access those online accounts...

Our way of recycling is still different to other counties and boundaries...  but then it is a toff area

All the gossip in taxi's or on public transport bemoan red tape, road works on the countdown to Christmas, instead of postponing it until after the busy season. The demolished or the many buildings in settlements that lay dormant for many moon cycle .... whilst decisions are processed, etc etc etc

Back to the recycling booklet ... the info giving that if you put glass bottles in with paper and cardboard it spoils. We have clear recycle bags to put in all out  recycling. The wet from washed items would rust tin and spoil too. Other authorities use separate methods for types of products to reuse. It is about time if they don't want spoiling not to have it collected this way.

Though saying that... in the early days of recycling those that separate the recycling, say it is a waste of time when it ends up together anyway ...

It takes our time to do this. And space. For those struggling day to day ...this is not always on the thought radar.

No one in all my time dealing with a hoard of possessions gives this much project management.
